Brush pile temporarily reopened

The brush pile on the south side of highway 69, east of the railroad has been temporarily reopened. This is only for the residents who pay their water bill to the City of Celeste, no outside dumping allowed.
Trees and brush are the only items allowed; no pallets, lumber, trash, etc.
If/when it is closed again, we will post notifcation on the website.
