At the City of Celeste, we are committed to providing safe, high quality water services to our community, while maintaining a standard of excellence in customer service and environmental conservation. Water bills are due by the 10th of the month to avoid any late fees. All unpaid accounts will be disconnected on the last Tuesday of the month after 10AM. Balances must be paid in full, plus any reconnection fees before water service will be restored.
